This book outlines the "Purification Rundown" that is offered at the Church of Scientology. It gave me an understanding of how the drugs and impurities that I had acquired in my lifetime were affecting me as a person. It shows how they are released by your body during the Purification process. The whole program is outlined in the book so nothing is a suprise when going through the actual process. The book also has a question and answer section that is phenomenal. It has a whole section that talks about nutrition as well. The basic principles outlined in the book are amazingly simple. It is easy reading and the information is invaluable.
Clear Body, Clear Mind helped me to know what I could become by getting the drugs and chemicals out of my system. The knowledge that drugs and chemicals were holding me back as a person has changed my life. I recommend it to all!!
